Refunds Policy

Any goods you refuse to the carrier will be automatically refunded to the credit or debit card used to make the payment, and shown as a refund on the next payment card statement, upon safe return of the goods. We are reliant upon your bank for the speed of any refund. Refunds take approximately 7 working days to reach your account.

A domestic retail customer can return unwanted goods within seven days of the delivery date. We request that the goods be returned in the original packaging to protect the goods against damage whilst in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the goods. Any goods damaged or neglected whilst in the care of the customer may result in a claim.

Any goods returned by a business must be in a resalable condition, unused, and will be subject to a handling charge of maximum 15.00 per item. An additional collection charge of maximum 15.00 will be applied.

Goods returned to us directly, or at your own cost, will be inspected before refund is made. If in resalable order then no charges will be made and your refund will be in full.

You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.

Any purchased items that are unwanted may be returned within the first seven days from delivery date and will be subject to a full refund of the amount of goods excluding delivery charges.
